GENERAL CONDOTIONS
BOOKINGS & ENQUIRIES
The tour request must be written and sent by email. It should contain information about the nationality of the group, the desired type of tour, the number of people and duration of the guided tour. Once you have received my confirmation, in which you will receive the final rate, a proposed meeting point and start time, I expect guests to reconfirm the service and payment in order to establish a valid contract. From that moment onward, the guided tour is guaranteed.
DURATION OF THE TOUR (Standard)
Walking Tour: up to 2 hours
Half Day: up to 4 hours
Full Day: up to 8 hours
If a morning tour ends after 2:00 p.m., it is considered a full-day tour.
CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT:
The payment must be completed (unless otherwise expressly agreed) by bank transfer at least 10 days before the date of the guided tour. Any bank charges must be paid by the remitter.
MEETING POINTS AND WAITING TIME:
The meeting point and time should be fixed when the tour is confirmed. Any change in time and date is only possible if arranged in advance and confirmed by me. The guide’s waiting time ends 30 minutes after the agreed time. It can be extended upon a phone call to me on time. In this case, the waiting time will be considered service time. If guests do not show up, the applicable tourist guide fee for the services booked will be charged.
CANCELLATIONS:
Up to 10 days prior to tour: free of charge.
9 to 3 days prior to tour: 50% of the agreed-upon fee.
Final 2 days before the tour or no show: payment in full for services booked.
